- Consulting and introducing the company’s international freight services to customers.
- Checking international freight rates, booking containers, customs declaration
- Planning and implementing business strategies, marketing products and services.
- Searching for and taking care of customers who need to use domestic and international freight services, … (sea, air, customs and domestic transportation services, …)
- Building and maintaining good relationships with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitoring and updating market information, understanding customer needs.
- Making samples for foreign customers.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues arising during the business process.
- Make certificates of origin, medical inspection of goods.
- Make reports, analyze business results as required by superiors.
